We read of another prophecy fulfilled. God sent a sign to lead people to Himself - a bright and beautiful star. But God sent more than a sign in the sky to shine down on Jesus. God sent Himself - the root and descendant of David, the bright morning star. He would shine much more brightly. He He is the light of the world.
